About medicine concore 2.5

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I have left side chest pain and heaviness. My ECG, Eco, TMT and holter test are normal and I have been prescribed concor 2.5 twice in a day. My question is- is concor 2.5 maintaining BP from high to nirmal and Low to normal?? My BP is already low by 10 points then why doctor prescribed me this medicine?
