If your cycles are regular you are possibly ovulating pco. Try to keep your weight under control. Follow a healthy lifestyle. Exercise regularly and avoid high calorie diet. If your cycles are irregular you are nonovulating type of pco. You need to follow diet and exercise as mentioned above but also need to consult a Gynecologist so that you can be given some medication.
