First of all you should have got vaccinated within 24 hrs after bite or scratch If you have been just scratched nothing will happen unless u bleed.
Next Steps
Keep a watch on the dog if its normal for next 15 days nothing to worry if not then u have to consult a doctor for immunoglobulin (anti rabies serum).
Health Tips
At least get all 6 doses of anti rabies vaccine till then. (When u keep an eye on dog)

Not all dogs are rabid.Generally a rabid dog dies within 10days.So your chances of getting infected are almost nil.You should have got the first dose within 24hours.However even  if the initial doses are missed, continue with the remaining doses.
