About recognizing the disease
Hello sir i am 19 year old male , i had started feeling heart  palpitations about 6  months ago now my condition is getting worse with lost of breath , faster heart beat and throbbing very fast pulses in left and right side of head from 2 days i sometimes feel like suffocating or choking  yesterday i did echocardiography and my results are in summary it is written - Valves and chamber dimensions are normal. No regurgitation. No pericardial effusion. Normal thickness IVS. Normal LV function ( EF aprox 65%). No reginal wall motion abnormality , intra cardiac clot,mass or vegetation seen. what this means what is problem with my heart which kind of disease i have should i get hospitalized
