About right side abdominal pain. There!

Im 25 yrs male 16 days back got thypoid taken injection and reduced ,from 2 days I'm getting right side abdominal pain ,sometimes while pressing it pain not sharp pain ,I'm having temperature 98-+99.8 evening after 7-+8pm it is coming 99,done ultra sound and radiologist told if appendix is small it not seen in this if it large we can know the cause ,done blood test attached below ,and report blood sugar normal,serum creatine 1.3,s thypi o 1:160,h 1:80,urine albumin trace ,Pus cells 4-6hpf,ep cells 1-2 hpf,is this show appendicitis ,on Saturday I had taken this report on this day temp is below 99.8,Dr given doxt-xl ,metrogyl,meftal spas ,say Dr how to proceed further I'm now walking normal ,right side some pain is there
