I was using earphones and then I started using headphones .
Now when I am listening to music or Talking loudly in a particular position , my left ear is making some 'chrrrr' sound ( only in one position ) leaving that position , my ear is not making any noise
What is it? Is it permanent or temporary?
Or is it because of sudden change from earphone to headphones (as while using headphones , the ears are packed and not able to move)
What should I do ?

Positional tinnitus can most likely be due to wax or middle ear effusion ear has to be evaluated if neither then hearing assessment has to be done. Consult with a local ENT.
