Antibiotics and various other medications tend to increase acid reflux in body.. It is a mandate to have proton pump inhibitors like pan d rantac etc along with these medications.. You can have supportive medications like these to prevent ulcers caused my heavy medications.. Kindly consult for further evaluation.

Don't drink carbonated beverages They make you burp, which sends acid into the esophagus. Drink flat water instead of sparkling water , elevate ur head while sleeping.

From your description, it seems that this problem is medicine induced. You could start with taking some over the counter antacids available such as pantoprazole before breakfast and consume small frequent meals and plenty of water. Avoid spicy and fried foods. Avoid consuming fruits or fruit juices on an empty stomach. I would like to discuss this further and get more details regarding your problems to get a more precise resolution. Kindly contact for further consultation.

All the above symptoms you have mentioned are pointing towards GERD(Gastroesophageal reflux disease) or in layman term acidity which is very common and can occur due to lot of factors. Now that you're mentioning about intake of heavy medicines (*name has not been mentioned,so proper diagnosis can't be made*) it can be drug induced also.
Next Steps
So I would advise you to have endoscopy done to see if it has led to ulcer or erosions or any inflammation. Otherwise you can take antacids, proton pump inhibitors drugs as per your gastroenterologist.
Health Tips
lifestyle modification is the best approach if it's mild like: 1.Small and frequent meals. 2.Avoid spicy and fried food. 3.Decrease coffee, tea intake. 4.Avoid alcohol consumption if it's there.

To alleviate hyperacidity, include home foods like bananas, yogurt, oatmeal, whole grains, green leafy vegetables, almonds, and coconut water in your diet, while avoiding spicy, fatty, and citrus foods. - Eat smaller, frequent meals - Avoid lying down after eating - Manage stress levels - Stay hydrated If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a healthcare professional for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Yes , use antacids before food for 2 weeks. Food modification and no alcohol intake if any. Mostly veg based items would be good in this situation. Moderate non-veg is fine, avoid red meat. If you have energy then do some stretching exercises. Thank you
