Acidity and indigestion
I am 22.. and i am 5ft long and weight is 58.. i have too much acidity problem.. my heart burn like hell.. i eat home food but then also i have indigestion... and i burp too much.. between eating and after eating i burp and food come out of my mouth.. how to relive from that totally?

You need life style modification. Don't lie down after eating, avoid water after meal at least for 45 minute,avoid spicy food and heavy meal, take small frequent meal rich in fibre. If symptoms persist then take Doctor consultation.

Acidity is directly dependent on the type of food eaten how much eaten and when. If your timings are varying then acidity is common. Also it depends on your mental status. Stressful nature causes acidity.

To start with have food at specific timings breakfast lunch mid evening snacks and dinner at specific timings ealry and heavy breakfast and early and light dinner will help
