Nope, it aint harmful.
But for effective action of zinetac, it is advisable that you dont eat or drink anything for atleast 30mins after you take the tablet.
Next Steps
Tab. Pantoprazole 40mg, one tablet taken before breakfast per day, is a better option for Zinetac.
