Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above for 15 days....consult physician if symptoms persists.

Hello There. I can understand your concern. You need to make some dietary changes. instead of three huge meals, have 5 meals a day. and let two of the 5 meals be entirely of fruits and vegetables. drink lots of water through the day. avoid oily and spicy foods. tab. Pan-L once a day half an hour before food for 10 days. best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain.
