Acidity post Covid
Recovered from Covid last week. Have been experiencing constant acidity, especially at night for a couple of days now. I can sometimes feel food come up to my throat when I lie down. What do I do?

Make sure your meals and the time you lie down are about 2 hours apart. Don’t sleep immediately after food intake. Go for some walks and try crunches. They help you tighten the sphincter which prevents acid coming back to throat. If all these measures fail, then you might need to under go an Upper GI scopy. Avoid spicy foods
