I am having ACL injury. I don't have much knee pain but having stiffness behind knee if I sit for long time. I want to know that physiotherapy is enough for this or do i need surgery in future?

This call has to beyond algorithmic calculation it depends a lot on your present functional ability and your future physical activity requirements . Check with the nearest Physio or consult online
Since it's grade 2 tear you won't be requiring any surgery. But do consult a nearby physiotherapist for better overlook . Physiotherapy will defenetely help you to recover. Since there is joint effusion there will be movement restriction

start doing knee isometrics and hamstring strtches
Physiotherapy is going to help u. Visit your nearby physio therapy clinic for treatment. Exercises will help u a lot . ( knee strengthening). Avoid sitting on floor or at low heights.
Your case surgery not required. Physiotherapy treatment will help you in this but it takes time to get complete recovery.
