ACL KNEE INJURY
I had a knee injury while playing football 4 years back.Then I undergone an MRI scan and the result shows complete tear on ACL. But I didnt undergone surgery.Now I have some pain in my both knee even though injury occurs to right knee only. Do i have any solution apart from surgery

You can try doing static quadriceps exercises. This pain is both knee is due to the fact that you are not bearing weight properly over injured limb. Thus due to differential wieght transfer ...the normal knee is bearing unusually heavy load than before injury.

If you are involved in sports, running etc then you should undergo a Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction .
