ACL reconstruction
I had gone through ACL reconstruction surgery 1 month ago. And I could notice a small click without pain every time I straighten my leg from bending at certain angle like to the last within 10 degrees to straighten and that click bothers me a lot if I had torn my graft or did any damage again. Is it something normal or worry? Please advise.

Do not worry unnecessary. ACL reconstruction has long term rehabilitation nearly 6 to 9 months so follow your physiotherapist instructions carefully. Clicks are nonspecific

A click can happen if the muscle has not regained strength..there is nothing to worry..talk to the surgeon who has operated you..a graft usually does not tear as it has a tensile strength of 2000 to 4000 N and can take up high loads.

Click doesn't necessarily mean a torn graft. Although the graft needs protection it is NOT as flimsy as you think. Since you've been operated just a month back I suggest consulting with your surgeon and discussing the problem with him. Only a clinical examination will be able to tell what is going on.
Next Steps
-speak to your surgeon -recheck the exercises that you're doing and make sure you're doing it correctly

Thank you for the detailed history and explanation. This could be due to impingement of the reconstructed anterior cruciate ligament on the intercondylar notch. If this is the case and it continues, then it can lead to early graft failure.
Next Steps
See an orthopaedic surgeon for clinical examination and further treatment.

It is not so easy to tear your graft. Dont worry about the click for now .continue with the Physiotherapy exercises and concentrate on strengthening your knee.
