Acl reconstruction rehabilitation
Recently has my acl reconstruction, along with partial lateral meniscustomy, one week is over after operation, strated rehabilitation protocola.and it is going well. The only nagging thing is swelling in calf, knee and ankle. So how to avoid it, I am icing the lower leg intermittently, is elevation advisable, also is it ok to do when I'm.lying down in bed.

Try to move your hip, ankle and toe. Do static quadriceps exercises regularly.
