Which graft should be used for acl reconstruction? I practice taekwondo. It is a really high impact and explosive sport. I also want to get in mountaineering and other like things. Please answer regardless of the facilities available with you.

Patellar bone tendon would be the strongest graft and you will go early to start your sports activities. This is the graft of choice in athletic populations who want to start sports soon within 3 months

Hamstring graft should be a good option and it is easy.to revise a hamstring graft as compared to BTB patella tendon graft.

It is autologous semitendinosis or gracious. These are routinely used.
