ACL surgery
I underwent ACL reconstruction surgery on May 17th,2018.Today while boarding the bus,by mistake I put my operated leg forward and boarded the bus. Initially I was having a sharp pain in my knee..after few minutes,it was gone..Does it cause any problem to the new grafting? Adding to this,I have faced little instability for 2-3 times.. please advise.

I don't think so mild pain is an issue to be taken seriously but nevertheless you need to get checked by your primary surgeon to see for how is the stability of your knee. Instability after acl reconstruction can be due to quadriceps weakness too which will be checked by your arthroscopic surgeon. I hope you should be fine.
