Acne and pigmentation around mouth.
I am facing acne vulgaris from more than 5 years. I have been regularly visiting to dermatologist and gynaecologist in this regard. I have been put up retinoids for 6 months as well. Other than that nothing have worked for me. Currently I was put up on azithromycin (3days in a week) for one month along clindamycin and adapaline. I can see any result or the reduction. Moreover I have developed darkness around my mouth. Please consult.
