Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Acne is stressful and stress will cause more acne to come. None of the home remedies will help, alternatively it can damage the skin causing redness and more pimple. Acne needs to be treated early so that it doesn't leave a mark or scar at the end. Treatment depends on many factors- type of pimples,  severity, your skin condition, hormonal issues, etc etc.
Next Steps
Take a detailed consultation with a dermatologist.
