Acne, Noda acne and hyper acidity with

I have been suffering from severe acne conditions from last 12-13 years. I am 30 years old now and I am also dealing with the Nodal acne from last years. I had the problem of acidity which now turned into hyper acidity along with poor digestion. I am suffering from the problems of premature ejacultion and erectile dysfunction also.
My problem of acidity was also similar with that of my uncle.
I feel very depressed and demoralised because of such problem. Please suggest me some treatment or anything that will give me to myslf
