Hi I have acne on my penis..it started after i played holy and it hurts only when i jave sex Please suggest

Acne doesn't come on penis. It only comes on face and back. What is there on your penis might be either fungal infection or some kind of Eczema. Please consult me with photos in private chat or else visit a nearby Dermatologist at the earliest. Please do not put soap over that area and abstain from sexual activity.
