Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Hello I can totally understand your problem. Acne can be sometimes so irritating at the same time it can be it can cause a lot of embarrassment and low self-esteem. Because of which you should start the treatment as soon as possible. The earlier you start the treatment the better will be the results and lesser are the chances of any pigmentation or scar marks

Dear Practo user , acne is a hormonal problem and it is very common in adolescent age group. Better skin care , proper medical history and examination is needed to get rid of acne , Avoid milk and milk products and bakery items and high glycemic index foods. For such acne you have to take medication with regular follow up. With good treatment and follow up , visible results can be seen in 3 months.
