I can still see active acne on the left face. Creams don't help much with acne . There are numerous procedures for acne scars..CO2 lasers to microneedling..and much more .but no point taking treatment when you are still getting acne and might continue getting and them leaving scars.

Creams doesn't help you much in scars. Better to go for laser or mnrf. With any procedure scar can be improved to a max of 70 to 80% not 100 %
