Hi,there is no magic or instant treatment for post inflammatory pigmentation or for acne in just 1 week..atleast you need 2 to 3 months for clearance of acne and for treatment of pigmentation. .try chemical peels with your dermatologist.remember every treatment have potential side effects.be optimistic.
