No cream can cure acne scars completely. It would just help reduce appearance. You can go and ask for better treatment options like CO2 laser resurfacing or Dermaroller Therapy.

Elastril cream is used for stretch marks and scars
It should be used for at least 4 to 6 months to see better results
Next Steps
Continue using it and if u want faster results then u can go for procedures like MNRF or CO2 laser or Dermaroller
