Acquired Phimosis
My uncle has recently got this issue and earlier it was all normal. When visited general physician he advised operation. I see there are few ointments available that has resolved M this issue for around 70% people. So is this can be treated without operation, can you prescribe some medicines ?

Steroid creams are not effective in phimosis in adults. Please don't get misguided by Internet. He is likely to require circumcision. Please see an urologist.
