Acute pain at my neck and back
Hi doctor! For the past 3-4 months I am having acute pain at my neck and back.. For that I am not able to work properly.. This is also affecting my sleep.. Please help!

It is likely that you have the wrong posture while doing regular activities that is causing the pain over the neck and back. Try and maintain a correct posture but if the pain is persistent you will require further investigations such as X-Ray or MRI to rule out any spine anomalies. Kindly visit an orthopedician if the condition is worsening.

Your pain is musculoskeletal pain.  These are usually due to wrong posture while working. Don't lift weights. You can take Homeopathic remedy Rhus tox 200. 5 pills three times a day.
