My father deeply addicted to cigarette and alchohol. day by day he is loosing his mental ability. suddenly he gets angry and behave violently for some silly reason. he doesn't want to listen anything.

You are right as both nicotine and alcohol dependence have significant effect on mental health. His irritability could be independent or also be a part of depressive symptoms.
