My mom (47yr old) is suffering from shoulder pain from 30days, as we consulted Orthopaedist yesterday we got know that it's Adhesive Capsulitis. He gave some medicines and adviced her to get Physiotherapy for 7-8 times.
Since hospitals are too far from my place (village), Can the Physiotherapy be compulsorily done in hospital only ? or
can it be done in home? If so how to do it?
Kindly give us a best advice.
Doctor report is attached.

Physiotherapist can be done at hospital or at home under a physio's guidance.
If you are unable to go regularly, take a few sessions and continue the exercises taught at home. The recovery with self exercises shall be slower but possible. And do go for a follow up later to learn new exercises.
Exercises are home based only so that the patient can do than at home.
Exercises are mainstay in treatment of pericapsulitis shoulder.
You need to learn them personally from your doctor, physiotherapist or internet.
