I can understand your concern. diabetes is not treated this way.
your ba1c is also very high, i.e., 12.3 and you are already taking medicines then what could be the reason for such high sugars.
either you are not taking medicines regularly or not following a strict diabetic diet .
insulin just cannot be prescribed just like that and that too on a online platform. don't you thing examining a person physically is important?
avoid foods with high glycemic index, restrict your daily salt intake and have a low sodium salt in your diet.
consult a endocrinologist for further help regarding this.
