Hi As we can see that the demand of thyroid medications is more in pregnancy, you were taking a dosage of 50mcg Recent report of 0.4 (normal 0to5) suggest that you require a lower dosage as compared to earlier times In that regard what I feel is a dosage of 25 mcg will be sufficient Check the levels after 3 months Also take a calcium supplements as well along with thyroid medications In case the reports are normal continue same (2 .to 4) If not then need to discuss later on
Next Steps
T3 T4 TSH After 3 months

Usually during pregnancy the thyroid medications dose increase by 30%. And most of the time post pregnancy need to reduce the the dose to pre pregnancy. Usually not always. So for ur report I would reduce ur thyroid medications and make it 25 mcg per day.
Next Steps
Change medicines to 25mcg
Health Tips
Take medicines in empty stomach and keep medicines in cool and dry place
