Advice on weight loss
I had emergency angioplasty last year with 1 stent .i have 5.6 height .weight 89 now . Walking 30 mins daily continue from 2 months.weight doesnt increased .but also not decreased its 89 .88.
Please advice on weight .

Two months is a very short time to expect results. Increase your walking time to 75-90 minutes. Wait patiently for the results to follow.
