Advice regarding baby plan and weight
I'm 23years old,i don't have any other health issues , these days I put on weight due to stay at home from Feb and less physical activities. Now I am planning for baby but worried about my extra weight can this effect my pregnancy.?Right now my weight is 65 kgs I'm practicing yoga does I need Persnol diet plan for weight loss or I should concive and then continue Yoga according to gynaecologist advice. Please advise me best as in this lock down having soo much trouble and I wanted to try for baby. My weight is 65kgs height 5'3" inch and I wanted to know what weight would be appropriate to concive according to my height .

U have to check your BMI and correct your BMI by diet and exercises.why no exercise in lockdown,? You can download any fitness app and get guided for losing weight.there is no excuse for this and you yourself know that you hv to lose weight before you conceive.but a healthy BMI is very important for your health too

Hi, your ideal weight would be 55kg. It’s good that you are already doing yoga, which can be continued. Along with certain other lifestyle changes like sleep habits and diet. You can consult me for further diet advice.
