My MRI report says 1. Grade 1 ACL tear 2. Grade 3 tear anterior horn of lateral meniscus 3. Early osteoarthritis Want to know about the point no 2

Meniscus tear might need arthroscopic surgery if you have locking or foreign body sensation or pain. ACL might heal up , but if you have instability then reconstruction might be required .

Point 2 says there is a tear in one of the cartilages in your knee. The meniscus is a type of cartilage and if this is causing your knee to collapse or give you pain, you may need arthroscopic trimming of the cartilage. See an Orthopaedic surgeon
