  4. After eating misoprotal , not bleeding.

After eating misoprotal , not bleeding
We have done ultrasound , the sac is inside the uterus . After taking 4 bills of misoprotal she is not getting any bleeding, only red spotting happened and some tissue comes out. What will be the next step? How to get abort soon ! There may be any problem with this ? Suggest me a idea pls
