My ectopic pregnancy aborted with medicine.. how many days rest required after this.and what precautions should be taken for speedy recovery.

You need atleast 7 to 10 days of rest.
Do not exert yourself.
Avoid heavy weight lifting , driving or any activity which requires more stamina.
If you are climbing stairs please hold the railing and climb slowly and take pause after few steps.
Avoid straining.
Take protein rich balanced diet.
