After piles surgery anus too small and itching & pain I had piles surgery 7 years ago till now I am facing this problem please doctor help me how get ride of this problem as soon as possible

Hello, I understand your pain. But condition youre in needs perfect examination by the doctor who did the piles operation to you. This tightening if the anus is because the operation you had previously. So kindly follow up with the same doctor who treated you before. Thank you
