After smoking diet.
I have been smoking from last 10 years. Now I have quit smoking successfully. There is any chances to improve lungs naturally like non smoker and what should I eat to improve health

Do breathing exercises for lung health like in yoga , even walking and running will also improve your lung health, eat fresh fruits , drink lot of water around 4 litre a day, avoid junk and oily food, definitely it will take some time around one year, but you can reverse your damages as you have started working on it on time.
