There's a major concern of patients after surgery about  holding of stools when pressure comes, Because some people are having defferent types of job, where everytime is not possible to go to fresh when pressure comes, for sometime holding of stools are necessary for him, But I have heard many people who had surgeries, after surgery they told that when pressure comes immediately he have to go to fresh, otherwise underwear will become wet? So this is a major concern for patients & other concern is post surgery pain. Please give some suggestions from above?

In Ayurveda, it's indeed believed that suppressing natural urges (like urination or defecation) can lead to various health issues, including the recurrence of surgical conditions. By taking Triphala Guggulu, you may experience improved bowel regularity, which can help with having a morning bowel movement.

Post-Surgery Stool Control & Pain Management Stool Control: Pelvic exercises (Moola Bandha, Ashwini Mudra) to strengthen muscles. Fiber-rich diet & hydration (Isabgol, Triphala, buttermilk) to regulate bowels. Probiotics (curd, Panchamrut) for gut health. Pain Relief: Gandhak Rasayan, Haridra Khand for healing. Jatyadi Taila Sitz Bath to reduce discomfort. Kshara Sutra has lower recurrence, while Laser is quicker but may cause temporary urgency. Gradual strengthening & diet help manage urgency post-surgery.

1. Holding Stools After Surgery In most cases, the ability to hold stools returns to normal after healing. However, for some patients, especially those who had anal or rectal surgery (like for piles, fissures, or fistulas), the muscles controlling the stools may become weak for some time. This weakness can cause urgency (feeling the need to pass stools quickly) or occasional leakage. Over time, with proper healing and exercises (like Kegel exercises to strengthen pelvic muscles), this issue usually improves. *Tips to Improve Stool Control: Pelvic floor exercises: These strengthen the muscles that help hold stools. Dietary changes: Eating fiber-rich foods (fruits, vegetables, whole grains) helps form solid stools that are easier to hold. Avoid irritants: Spicy food, caffeine, and alcohol can make stools loose. Stool consistency control: If stools are too loose, taking probiotics or fiber supplements may help. 2. Post-Surgery Pain Pain is common after surgery but gradually reduces as healing progresses. Pain management includes: Medications: Take painkillers as prescribed. Sitz bath: Sitting in warm water helps relieve pain and promotes healing (especially after anorectal surgeries). Proper posture: Avoid sitting for long periods; use a cushion if needed. Gradual movement: Stay active but avoid heavy lifting or strain.
