Age 38 Male with kidney eGFR=84 Grade2
Hello
I am male 38 years, last week I have my KFT checked and found the following:
1. Creatinine = 1.14
2. GFR = 84
3. Uric Acid = 7.3
4. Urea = 20
5. Urea Nitrogen Blood = 9.76
All other parameters within normal limits.
I am quite worried about my decreased GFR. Is it like my kidney function has decreased??
I am Non diabetic with Hba1c as 5.3 and currently not taking any medication.
Non smoker and light drinker.
What precautions should I take in my Diet/daily routine??
Do I need to take some medicines/supplements to stop progression??
Kindly guide.
