  4. Akt 4 side effects. Line of drugs?

Akt 4 side effects
Hi, I have been recently diagnosed with Lymph node TB and started my medication with AKT4. Earlier on first 3 days no sign of any side effects were shown but there is a mild itchiness since the 4th day. Can you suggest what should be done here? Will it involve taking second line of drugs?

Pyridoxine and other multivitamins need to be taken on regular basis. These drugs are liver and nerve toxic
