Allergy is a protective response of our body towards foreign substances in the environment..if your body is too sensitive to allergens then you have to find the allergen and avoid it.. you will have to take antiallergic medications, nasal spray and steam inhalation whenever your allergy is exaggerated.

Avoiding allergens is the only option.. Permanent cure is not possible.. Intermittent treatment is required when symptomatic. If it's severe then go for immunotherapy to desensitize the allergens.
