- Do steam inhalation(plain steam) regularly
- Drink water at an average of 3 liters per day
- Avoid caffeinated and alcoholic beverages as they cause dehydration and will worsen your condition.
- Use a humidifier in your room
- Wiping the face regularly with a towel moist with hot water has also shown to help.
- Keep a high level of personal hygiene
- Maintain a clean environment and try to limit allergens in the house such as flowers which may spread pollen, reduce the dust which are present on fans & AC filters, reduce the mold in the house.
