From two days I have red rash on feet & palm area which is very itching, i am feeding my 2 month old baby . Which medicine can I use for this ? Is cetrizine safe while breastfeeding? Please suggest me

This is well circumscribed lesion over the dorsum of feet, suggestive of fungal origin (Taenia). Please apply ointment clotrimazole thrice a day, May do an online consult if you need, would like a review after 1 week

Use external application, caladryl lotion. Oral medicine are to be used wisely only if needed. Use Tab. Avil at night
