Not able to sleep needs detailed assessment to find out what is contributing to your sleep called as primary or secondary insomnia tab alprax is a temporary fix and will not treat the actual cause and may cause dependency if taken for longer my suggestion will be to seek a psychiatrist opinion and don’t worry it can be treated easily
Next Steps
Consult with a psychiatrist

Follow sleep Hygiene and regular exercises
