I have alternate day 24hrs headache on front part, feeling of blood rush at back while standing up from sitting, sweating and loss of appetite during the phase

i have bp in range of 130-140/80-100

please guide
is it migraine or cluster headache or any other issue

What you're describing looks more like migraine. The CT scan looks alright as per the image you've attached. However, to understand your symptoms better, we need some more history and examination.
