Alternating Esotropia
My eyes turn inwards one at a time. Which ever eye I am not focusing with turns in. I do not have 3D vision as see out of one eye at a time. What treatments are available for this?

Treatment for squint is always stepwise. First step is to check and correct any Refractive error (glass power). Many times this is all that is needed. Nexy step is to treat any lazy eye that might have started. If squint is still Persistent, then surgery is the last resort.
Next Steps
Certain types of alternating esotropia just need special glasses called bifocals for correction. Your ophthalmologist will tell you if may benefit from those.
