Hi Doctor,
I always feel lazy even after a good sleep at night. Also it feels like i forget the things which has to be done while working & feels lazy that time too.
Plz. suggest on this as now am getting disturbed from all this.

The simplest would to be Mindful of your eating habits- your intake, pattern, frequency etc., Especially during night.
2. I would suggest you to have so. E regular exercises.
Probably, you might get a solution with these itself.
You might feel the changes in you within a weeks time.
If required, consult a psychologist.
