This seems to be feature of anxiety, probably generalised anxiety. You can get a consultation with Psychaitrist or psychologist for further evaluation and diagnosis. You will definitely be benefitted by anti anxiety drugs and psychotherapy sessions. Do choose to take a consultation and get better rather then live with the distressing anxiety.

It's normal for parents to worry about their kids because you love and want to protect them. Many parents feel this way. However, if your worries are constant and affecting your daily life, it might help to talk to a therapist. They can help you understand your fears and find ways to manage them so they don’t overwhelm you. Remember, it's okay to seek support when you need it.
Next Steps
You can try and share your feelings with friends or family. Sometimes just talking about your worries can help you feel supported. Also please consider speaking with a Psychologist. They can help you understand your worries and provide strategies to manage them.
Health Tips
Try to focus on what you can control, like take practical steps to ensure your kids' safety, like teaching them about safety rules, but try not to dwell on things that are out of your control.

Hello there, As someone who is now responsible for not just your own well-being, but those who have come to your life through birth- it is very normal to be worried about the well-being of your kids. However, if this worry is hampering your daily life- for example, you keep thinking about if something bad is going to happen to them in every little instance or/and your relationship with them or others is getting affected by this - then, we can consider this to be going beyond an ordinary concern or worry.
Next Steps
It can be very helpful to talk to a therapist or counselling psychologist about your feelings and relieve yourself of feeling this constant worry by yourself. I am sure you will learn something new about yourself and will be better able to handle situations better!
Health Tips
It can be helpful to know that you are not alone in feeling this way. It is perfectly okay to worry, but it can be difficult to deal with it all alone!

Dealing with family-related stress can be challenging, but effective strategies include open communication to resolve misunderstandings and setting clear boundaries to protect your personal space. Engaging in self-care activities like exercise, hobbies, or meditation can help you relax. Additionally, seeking support from friends, a therapist, or support groups can provide perspective and understanding.

Hi, It's completely normal to worry about your children and their well-being; this instinct often stems from a protective nature inherent in parenting. Many parents grapple with concerns about their children's safety, health, and future, reflecting a deep-seated love and commitment. However, if these worries become overwhelming or interfere with your daily life, it might be helpful to explore these feelings more deeply. Engaging in open conversations with trusted friends, family, or a mental health professional can provide support and perspective. Remember, while some degree of worry is natural, finding a balance that allows you to enjoy your time with your children is important too.
