Your MRI is suggestive of Disc desiccation - refers to a condition where the intervertebral discs in the spine lose their normal hydration and structural integrity. This disc is causing compression of your nerve routes causing pain in the corresponding area of supply . No any features of a malignancy or no features of increased risk of developing malignancy is noted in your present study . You can consult me online if your are having any other symptoms or doubts , as I haven’t seen any symptoms or features of malignancy in the present study .
